Description

***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN IDAHO***

A. This is a solicitation for Project # Henry's Lake Aggregate Hauling, Island Park, Idaho
B. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office has a requirement to load, deliver by conventional trucking methods, and unload 5000 LCY of aggregate material at work site. Material will be unloaded at various locations staked
or directed by the BLM, throughout the Henry¿s Lake Recreation Site. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, tools, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, training, and incidentals necessary to perform
loading and hauling services in accordance with the specifications provided.
C. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 1 September 2023 by 5:00 PM Mountain Time. All questions will be responded to through beta.sam.gov (GPE) only.
D. The period of performance for this project is 30 days with an estimated start date of October 2, 2023.
E. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 484220, size standard of $34.0 million.
F. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this project.
G. This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official beta.SAM.gov website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package as no paper copies will be furnished.
Potential offerors shall register at beta.SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to solicitation.
H. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be considered for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at

I. Electronic quotes will be the only accepted method for submission of quotes for this solicitation. Traditional paper quotes will not be accepted. Electronic quotes must be received prior to the date and time specified in this request

K. Quotes are due by 14 September 2023 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
