Amendment 001- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the timeframe until 11/21/2023 at 5:00 PM.ET.

This sources sought synopsis is issued solely for information and planning purposes to gain knowledge of potential sources capable of fully satisfying a potential requirement.  This is not a solicitation announcement nor does it promise a solicitation in the future. Quotes are not being requested or accepted at this time and a contract will not be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All submissions will become Government property and will not be returned. The government will not provide any feedback or evaluations regarding the information submitted.

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking contractors with a minimum of ten (10) years specialized experience in Electric Vehicle charging programs, including the following: immediate, intermediate and extended expansion planning; assessment, design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE); financial and operational administration and cost recoupment of EVSE infrastructure expenses and electricity. The AOC seeks information about these capabilities to serve the House of Representatives, staff, authorized personnel and fleet vehicles that utilize House Office Buildings (HOB) parking lots and garages, with potential to grow the program by implementation in other areas of the Capitol Hill campus.
