Description

Interested vendors should review the attached RFP and other attachments in their entirety, for a full description of the requriement, instructions to offerors, and evaluation factors.

The FDIC requires a comprehensive cloud-based Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) solution (the “Solution”) for its Advanced Legal Information System (ALIS). ALIS is a key enterprise application designed to assist the Legal Division managers, supervisors, attorneys, and support staff in managing Legal Division matters. ALIS supports the creation, management, and tracking of legal matters and corporate legal activities on a webbased system accessible through the FDIC intranet.

The Solution shall provide the following high-level capabilities:
 Legal Matter Management
 Organization Management
 People Management
 Legal Services Agreement (LSA)
 Expenditure Ceiling and Budget
 Invoice Processing: Invoice Entry / Update / Route / Approval
 Outside Counsel Collaboration Portal (E-Billing)
 Audit Management, System Security and User Administration
 Standard and advanced Business Intelligence Reporting platform (IBM Cognos Data Warehouse / Data
Mart reports)
 Internal Control

 Inbound and Outbound System Interfaces with FDIC systems
 Document Assembly, e.g., Vendor Referral and Subsidiary Transmittal Memos
