DA01--Veteran Affairs (VA) Enterprise Architecture (EA) Technical Support VA-23-00012243

The Contractor shall provide project management support, to include all the necessary technical, business, and administrative planning; organizing; managing; coordinating; tracking (e.g., schedule, deliverables); performance management; and resource management required to perform all the activities successfully as required by the PWS and resulting task order. The Contractor shall provide technical resources to deliver integrated strategic, technical, engineering, and programmatic support needed for the Target State Architecture and Migration Plan and for the continued evolution of the systems used by VA to accomplish its mission. This includes systems and computer engineering support, technical/IT architecture, technical assessment, strategic planning and analysis support, and risk management support. The Contractor shall provide technical architecture support services that maintain and integrate with the VA EA as well as at the portfolio and product line levels. These services include the development and implementation of the technical assessments, strategic technology planning, solution and system technology architectures, and systems engineering.
