Description
The VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System s Center for Aging (CFA) located on the grounds of Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, HI 96819 intends to issue RFQ 36C26123Q0278 to provide meal services to patients within the CFA three (3) times a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year. This firm-fixed price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 722310 Food Service Contractors, Size Standard: $41.5M.

Quoters are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C26123Q0278. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical, past performance, and supporting documentation is mandatory. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation.
