Description

The purpose of this contract is to fulfill the need of portable toilets in support for of NAS Pensacola Blue Angels Home Coming 2023 air show. The portable toilets shall be delivered and installed no later than 1 November 2023, by 0900, and picked up for return on 5 November 2023 NLT 1200. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Federal Law, Florida State Law(s), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Navy and installation regulations.

The period of performance shall be 1 November 2023 – 5 November 2023. The Contractor shall deliver and install portable toilets on 1 November 2023 and all equipment shall be ready for inspection and acceptance by 1000 on 2 November 2023.

Requirements The objective of this contract is to provide portable toilets for the 2023 Naval Air Station Pensacola Air Show. Contractor shall deliver the portable toilets no later than 1 November 2023, by 0900.

1. One hundred and forty eight (148) deluxe portable restrooms that are lockable, leak-proof, and free of graffiti.
2.  Twenty five (25) wheelchair accessible portable restrooms that are lockable, leak-proof, and free of graffiti.
3. Two (2) Restroom Trailers that are lockable, leak-proof, and free of graffiti.
4.  Forty (40) sinks that are equipped with individual foam pumps each that are leak-proof and free of graffiti.
5.  Four (3) Services Friday before 0800 and after 1800 Empty/Saturday after 1800 Empty. Servicing shall include toilet paper, paper towels and hand sanitizer. Restocking will be accomplished by service tech/event attendant.
6.  Four (4) service techs/event attendants working from 1000 to 1800 on 3 November 2023 and 4 November 2023.
7.  Empty all portable toilets before 0800 on 3 November 2023, and 4 November 2023.
8.  Breakdown: Begin removal of portable toilets when the Air Show ends at 2000 on 4 November 2023. All portable toilets and equipment shall be completely broken down and removed by 5 November 2023 no later 1000.
9.  An Emergency Contingent Option will apply. Contractor will respond to emergent situations at fair market value.
10. Contractor must be able to pass a background check in order to obtain a temporary pass for Naval Air Station Pensacola.
11. Portable toilets will be delivered to NAS Pensacola and positioned by the contractor on the flight line as directed by the DGR.
