Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement of solicitation number H9224024Q2035 issued by Naval Special Warfare Command (NSW) constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333310 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees.

Quotes are due no later than 24 June 2024 at 11:00 A.M. (EDT). The quotes shall be valid for no less than 60 days from the date of RFQ closing, a statement affirming this fact shall be included in the Introduction.

This combined synopsis/solicitation shall not be construed as a contract, a commitment to contract, or a commitment by the Government incurring an obligation of any kind.
