Description
The purpose of this synopsis is to notify industry that a sole source contract action is intended to be awarded to Pacific Refrigeration, Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This sole source contract award shall be made on or before September 30th, 2022. U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol Office of Field Operations; requires refrigeration services for their Camp Station office located at 32355 Old Hwy 80, Pine Valley, CA 91962. Pacific Refrigeration, Inc. is the only vendor in the Pine Valley, CA area that will service the refrigerator and ice machines at the office. Pacific Refrigeration, Inc. shall provide services such as complete sanitization and cleaning of ice machine bins, condenser components, evaporator components with the proper chemicals that will be provided by the contractor, changing water filters, and performing preventive maintenance. These services are necessary for the operations of the Campo Border Patrol Station.
Via this notice, it has been determined, and is in the Government’s sole discretion not to compete this contract action. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources that believe they can meet all of the requirements may submit a capabilities statement, which shall be considered. Interested parties shall be required to provide a capabilities statement which would demonstrate how they can potentially meet the requirements described above.
