Description
The purpose of the USAID MEL-SI IDIQ contract is to provide monitoring, evaluation, learning, and strategic information support services to USAID/Uganda’s technical offices and implementing partners. Implemented via Task Orders, these services will strengthen performance management by generating a technical evidence base to guide the Mission’s programming.
The MEL-SI IDIQ contract will support the Mission’s activities through the following objectives:
- Provide technical support to the Mission and Implementing Partners to advance the objectives of the CDCS through strengthening evidence-based programming.
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive performance management and reporting system for the USAID/Uganda Health and HIV/AIDS and OVC portfolios.
- Provide technical support to the strengthening of GOU management information systems for OVC, including the OVCMIS and CWBMIS.
- Systematically analyze the effectiveness and sustainability of USAID/Uganda’s work in advancing national and or agency policy priorities including, but not limited to gender equity and social inclusion, localization, climate resilience and private sector engagement.
