Description
Renovation of the Physical Fitness Center Project located at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico.
The Estimated Price Range is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 in accordance with FAR 36.204.
Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
NAICS Code: 236220 - Size Standard: $39.5M
This is a single phase, Design/Bid/Build, Full and Open procurement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1307, this project requires HUBZone 10% price evaluation.
Central Contractor Registration and ORCA are now available through the System for Award Management (SAM), available at www.sam.gov. Offerors must comply with the requirements of FAR 52.232-33 and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM.
