Description

The Indian Health Service, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, located at 6 Road 7586 Bloomfield, NM 87413, has an upcoming requirement for demolition and removal of existing equipment, and installation of a new power conditioning flywheel system and uninterruptable power source. The Period of Performance is six (6) months from date of Award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 335999 All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 600 employees.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00074 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by February 1, 2025. Evaluation factors may include the quoter’s technical approach to meet or exceed the government’s requirement as described in the Statement of Work, narrative descriptions of a minimum of three (3) past projects of similar or same complexity within the past five (5) years, and pricing information in sufficient detail. Quotes will be due on or by February 14, 2025. The acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside.

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
