Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: CA

City: Riverside

Delineated Area:

East: Interstate 10 - Highway 60 - Gilman Springs Road

Additional Requirements:

  • Warehouse to accommodate vehicles of approximately 10,500 to 12,500 lbs.
  • Grade level door to allow 6’6” high and 6’9” wide vehicles to access the space.
  • Requires a restroom with a minimum of one sink and one toilet.
  • Water service available for vehicle maintenance and a utility sink.
  • A minimum of 110v electric capabilities.
  • Standard overhead lighting.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
