Description
In accordance with DFARS 205.301(a)(i)(B), since this acquisition is for chemical warfare protective clothing, the exception at DFARS 225.7002-2(n) applies to this acquisition, because this acquisition of chemical warfare protective clothing furthers an agreement with a qualifying country identified in DFARS 225.872.
Contract SPE1C1-25-D-0023 (Solicitation: SPE1C1-24-R-0087) was awarded to Canadian Commercial Corporation DBA CCC, 350 Rue Albert St, Suite 700, Ottawa ON K1A 0S, Canada for a maximum quantity of 1,727,165 pairs with a total maximum dollar value of $82,274,750.45 for a three (3) year ordering period.
