The Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is publicly posted for review.  See the attached link to FedConnect and the PORTS D&D procurement website at https://www.emcbc.doe.gov/SEB/portsdd/ for additional information. The purpose of the Draft RFP is to solicit questions and comments from all interested parties, and to assist the Department of Energy Office of Environmental Management in developing a Final RFP for this procurement. Additionally, as seen in the .zip file titled “PORTS DD Pre-Solicitation Info, Virtual Site Tour, and One-on-One Sessions Info.zip” in FedConnect and the PORTS D&D procurement website, DOE has provided Pre-Solicitation Information slides, as well as instructions and the registration form for the One-on-One Sessions; the One-on-One Sessions will be held on January 25 and (if needed) January 26, 2022. The Virtual Site Tour has been posted on the procurement website’s “Pre-Solicitation Information/Site Tour/One-on-One Sessions” tab. The Pre-Solicitation Information slides, Virtual Site Tour, and One-on-One Sessions are all for informational purposes only.
