Description:

The 355th CMS is seeking the procurement of VF-4 CNC Milling Machine, Type III (NSN 3417-01-698-8847) with the following options:

High-Intensity Lighting / HIL-24V (1 Each)

32GB Solid State Memory upgrade (1 Each)

Automatic Coolant Refill System (1 Each)

Programmable Coolant Nozzle (1 Each)

CC3 (1 Each)

Wireless Intuitive Probing System (WIPS-R) (1 Each)

HaasCNC 301 (4 Day Session, 8 hours/days for 1-5 people) (1 Each)

Machine Anchoring Kit (1 Each)

Chip Tray Filter Kit / Chip Strainer (1 Each)

Coolant Tank Oil Skimmer / Oil-Skimmer-Haas (1 Each)

Probe Riser Block / PRB-EC3 (1 Each)

SSway Cover VF-4 (1 Each)

IUID_TAG (1 Each)

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION (NAICS) CODE: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333515 - Cutting Tool and Machine Tool Accessory Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees.

SUBMISSION DETAILS: Request Capability Statements include the following:
