Description
Amendment 004
The purpose of this amendment is to remove the brand name requirement from this solicitation. There is at least one other device on the market that can meet the needs of the requesting station.
Any award made will be based on the contractor s ability to provide a product that can meet the salient characteristics.
Evaluation criteria remain the same and are as follows:
Technical capability or quality of the item offered to meet the Government requirement
Completion of Attachment - VAAR Clause 852.219-76 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting-Certificate of Compliance for Supplies and Products (DEVIATION)

Due date for quote submission is now 8/4/2023 at 1600 MT.
