Below are questions we received.
Question : I see that the quoted unit is for 12 months, is the estmate per month per kg? If per month, is it 1/12 of 10,769kg?
Answer : As in the solicitation, unit is "month", and the quantity is "12". Please provide the quotation per month x 12. The weight 10,769kg shall be divided by 12 to find the unit fee.
Also attachment of "Bulb Recycliing Collection Bin Example" is added.

1.The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to clarify OPTION CLINS description.

Provide collection, recycling, and/or disposal services for bulbs to accomplish recovery of the constituents and components that are considered to be recyclable, reusable, and/or non-hazardous to the general public and the environment.
Provide the results of the annual sampling analysis of the associated waste streams and components for mercury, lead and cadmium leachate standards in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
