Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13 and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation number 140R2022Q0105 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective 05-26-2022.
(iv) The acquisition is Full and Open Competition. The NAICS code is 562111 and the size standard is $41.5 Million
(v) The contract line items are listed in the Price Schedule of the solicitation package. The intent is to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
(vi) This requirement is for a contractor to provide refuse collection and disposal services to various locations at New Melones Lake operated by the Bureau of Reclamation.
(vii) The period of performance is five (5) years, Base + Four (4) Option Years.
(viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
(ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
(x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
(xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. There is no addendum to this clause.
