Description

This is a system administration amendment in order to facilitate bid submission process. It is a known issue that the PIEE module was not originally designed to handle proposal submission deadline designated in a non-US time zone. Thus, the submission in the original deadline is defaulted to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) instead of local Japanese Standard Time (JST). As such, the Government will not be able to download the proposal at designated deadline at 14:00 JST but have to wait until 14:00 GMT. The PIEE system has since added local JST time zone (I1 time zone), and this amendment is to adjust the system time to JST.The Government hereby changes time zone in the PIEE system as shown below:From: 20 September 2022 at 14:00 Non-US Local Time (+00:00)To: 20 September 2022 at14:00 JST (I1 time zone)No SF 30 will be issued at this time, since the solicitation listed correct bid due date and time.
