Description

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) located in Benicia, California has a requirement for renewable diesel fuel for use in its Fleet Service Vessels identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Refer to Sections 9 and 10 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for submittal instructions and evaluation criteria.

RFQ AMENDMENT 1

The purpose of this amendment is to post the Questions and Answers (Q&As) and include the revised Combined Synopsis/Solicitation which includes the following changes:

1. Allow the contractor to schedule the site visit on or before February 13, 2024

2. Extend the question due date to February 14, 2024 at 1:00 PM (PT)

3. Extend the quotation due date to February 20, 2024 at 1:00 PM (PT)

4. Section 5 has been revised to direct quoters to Section 8.4 which defines the pricing structure.
