Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a competitive basis for a Partial-Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) for the procurement of Fluid Boss Adapter Tools Kits (Size 08) (PN: KM13, NSN: 5180-00-283-6993), Fluid Boss Adapter Tools Kits (Size 04) (PN: KM18, NSN: 5180-00-283-6999), Fluid Boss Adapter Tool Kits (Size 10) (PN: KM19, NSN: 5180-00-283-6989), and Fluid Boss Adapter Tool Kits (Size 06) (PN: KM30, NSN: 5180-01-075-0766) for support of the Kuwait F/A-18 E-F Super Hornet Program.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://sam.gov.
Interested vendors should submit their capability statements and any other pertinent information to melanie.k.vella.civ@us.navy.mil by the close date of this pre-solicitation notice, 13 May 2022, for review. Content should be limited to ten (10) pages. The intention is to competitively award this requirement via SBSA, resulting in a Firm Fixed Price award.
The Government will release the solicitation, including any subsequent amendments, on the SAM.gov website. No telephone or written requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Amendments to the solicitation, if issued, will be posted to the same website. After solicitation release, vendors should regularly access the website to ensure they have all the amendments.
