Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for BRAND NAME ONLY, Impella Catheter, for the VA San Francisco Care System located at 4150 Clement St, San Francisco, CA 94121. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, size standard 1,000 employees. The solicitation will be available on or about June 25, 2024 and will be distributed solely through the SAM/ Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about July 02, 2024 with responses due to Mathew B. Czeshinski at Mathew.Czeshinski@va.gov.
