Description
Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition for extending the period of performance for the sole source Liquid Helium Pump Contract supporting Kennedy Space Center. The contract action was based upon the exclusion found at Federal Acqusition Regulation 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), which authorizes other than full and open competition when there is only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
