Block 11 of the amendment, Standard Form 30.



The National Park Service (NPS) has a requirement for Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) of 16 fire sprinkler systems and their components at Lassen Volcanic National Park (LAVO) located in Tehama and Shasta Counties, California. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order for a base period plus four option periods resulting from this solicitation.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 238220, with a corresponding size standard of $19 million. Quotations are solicited only from Small Business Concerns.

Refer to provisions and clauses and other attachments for additional information about this requirement and instructions on how to submit a quotation. Evaluation for award will be made in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Part 13.106.
