Proposal Submission Deadline: Exact date unknown at this time / 30-days after the issuance of the RFP.
Registration Requirements: Perspective offerors must have a Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) and an active System for Award Management profile to included completed representations and certifications. https://sam.gov/content/home

Project Description: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a construction requirement for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to replace a roof on the Alaska Fire Service Building 1541 located at Fort Wainwright Army Base, Gaffney Road, Fairbanks, Alaska. The work consists of the following:
1. The work involves roof assembly replacement at the existing Alaska Fire Service Building 1541.
2. Work will also include installation of a permanent fail-arrest system along the roof perimeter, new roof drains with thawing systems, EPDM membrane at concrete canopy personnel entries and new metal roofing assembly at the upper roof penthouse.
