Description
THE APPLICABLE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE ASSIGNED TO THIS PROCUREMENT IS 541310- ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AND 541330 ENGINEERING SERVICES.
The A/E Design Firm shall provide all Planning Charrette Report I (PCR I) contract documents necessary to develop the first draft Department of Defense (DD) Form 1391 as specified in the Project Description Paragraph two (2). The PCR I shall include a complete assessment of the current Anti-Terrorism and Anti-Force (AT/AF) conditions of the Access Control Point (ACP) at Building 711 (B711) on Cavalier Space Force Station (SFS), in order to provide a basis for feasible options that will enable the ACP to meet current DoD AT/AF requirements. Site investigations shall include interviews with Space Delta 4 10th Space Warning Squadron personnel to include facility managers, Anti-Terrorism and Security Forces representatives, the 460th Civil Engineer Squadron (460CES) to include the 460CES/CENM Project Manager (the PM), and the 460CES Traffic Engineer in order to determine existing conditions which cause vulnerability to vehicle-based threats. The Contracting Squadron (319CONS) representatives, to include the Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist shall be present as needed. The PCR I shall include findings of a traffic study, a draft DD Form 1391, and all other items as outlined in the supporting documents.
