Description
Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for professional services of a Data Scientist to support natural resource management of National Park lands using Google Earth Engine: 1) Monitoring Riverside East Solar Development Focus Area (DFA) and for Desert Energy Transmission Corridors; and 2) Remote detection of early season invasive plants in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0322Q0107.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 dated 01/31/2022.
Set aside for Small Business. NAICS: 541360 - Geophysical Surveying and Mapping Services, $16.5
Place of Performance: At Contractor's Facility.
Period of Performance are estimates only: Date of award - 6 months. Approximately 5/2/2022 to 10/30/2022.
Offerors are to sign and return the SF-18, including a technical description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements as seen in the Evaluation Factors on P. 4 and a signed Section 889 Certification on P.12.
