Description

Hazardous Fuels Reduction BPA, National + Guam
This is a REISSUE to add vendors to an existing set of BPAs issued in 2024.

This is a Multiple Award National + Guam BPA (unpriced) for Hazardous fuels reduction which includes herbicide spraying. See attached solicitation document for Statement of Work.
Vendors may indicate which states or areas and what type of work from the SOW they can perform.

Interested vendors are required to email robert_sung@fws.gov with the subject line 140F0S25Q0005 and provide:
1. CAGE code and Unique Entity ID
2. States and/or areas of states they would like to be considered
3. Which of the following work can be performed-
A. mechanical clearing (mowing)
B. mechanical clearing (hand tools)
C. mechanical clearing (small equipment)
D. mechanical clearing (large equipment)
E. chemical/herbicide application (ground - backpack)
F. chemical/herbicide application (ground - ATV and/or towing with truck)
G. chemical/herbicide application (aerial).
4. A price to perform/complete the Sample BPA Call. Do not include travel expenses (if the site is not local to you pretend it is with in 50 miles of your location) but include a separate price for mobilization/de-mobilization if required, this is only used to evaluate price fair and reasonableness by the government. If the vendor does do not perform the work in the Sample BPA, but can provide other work listed in the BPA SOW (such as aerial spraying), the vendor can provide a current price listing for the work for the standard unit used such as per acre sprayed or per mile mowed.

Pricing to be provided is an estimate only and will not be used to set any pricing for any work (BPA Call/contract) issued under this Set-up BPA. The Sample BPA is provided as an attachment. If you have any questions regarding this issue, email Robert_sung@fws.gov
