As part of continuing Market Research, this announcement is not a notice of solicitation issuance. This is a notice for planning purposes only; intended to obtain questions/feedback from industry and to determine the availability of firms capable to provide the contemplated services. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, FEMA is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
