Description

**This notice is to provide notice of the change in PoP. OY 1 was awarded on 18 Dec 2023 and was extended until 07 Apr 2025. OY 2 will be for a PoP of 24 months. From 08 APR 2025 07 APR 2027.

*This notice is revised to include five (5) additional NIINs. Additional items are included in attachment.

This shall serve as a notice to synopsize the Option Year Two for a total of 68 Depot Level Repairables (DLRs) NIINs/items in support of the KC46 Pegasus Military Unique DLR effort. The initial KC-46 Military Unique DLR contract SPRPA121D9002 (a 3 year base period with 2 ,1-year option period) was awarded on 18 December 2021 as a subsumable against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract with The Boeing Company, cage code 0PXV4.


The BCOI contract represents a performance-based supply chain management program to support Boeing aviation platforms (AV-8B, C-17, CH-37, F/A-18, F-15, KC-135, B-52, B-1, E-3, AGM-84/86, P-8, and KC-46). This contract includes wholesale supply support, depot-level consumable support, material management, sustaining engineering. A complete list of the items/NIINs is attached.

The anticipated contract for the increment will be awarded by DLA Aviation Philadelphia against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, SPRPA1-14-D-002U with The Boeing Company, Cage Code 0PXV4, located in Saint Louis, MO, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The BCOI contract is strategic in nature and will be the primary vehicle for the direct material support. Boeing will be required to fill DoD customer requisitions for the Stock Numbers in the market basket (NSNs) (See Attached Market Basket for this increment).
