Online technical support for ECA/A/M Vienna

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Austria will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

The U.S. Embassy is soliciting online support to include upkeep of security backups and system administration as well as update of eLibrary USA and eShop to include online consultations.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year options, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, who is a responsible contractor with a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database at https://www.sam.gov prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM.
