Description

PMA-271 Mission Systems Integration (MSI) Sources Sought


1.     Introduction 

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), in support of Airborne Strategic Command, Control, and Communications Program Office (PMA-271) is seeking a source capable of integrating a modernized mission system into a multi-engine aircraft. 

THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible firms capable of providing the tasks described in a separate attachment prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The attachment will be provided upon request and validation of the information as detailed in Sections 2 and 4. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this sources sought.

2.    Program Background, Period of Performance, Place of Performance, and Contract Type 
Details provided separately. In order to be able to receive these additional details, provide the following information:
•    Company Name
•    CAGE code 
•    Data Universal Numbering System (D-U-N-S Number)
•    Mailing address  
•    Point of contact name, phone number, e-mail address and position

3.    Requirements
Future contracts will be Unclassified with attachments and addendums that will be classified collateral Secret (S) up to classified collateral Top Secret (TS). Industry respondents must have the ability to handle, store, communicate with NAVAIR, other contractors, and destroy S to TS information. The Government may contact respondents in order to seek clarification of submitted information or gain additional input. 


4.    Submission Instructions
Potential and eligible firms should note that the Response Date is the date for final submissions to include the capability statements that will be provided upon request.
