Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, tanker, to be employed during Exercise SEACAT 2024, from 14 - 25 August 2024.  The vessel will serve as a training platform to facilitate maritime security enforcement exercises - to include vessel boarding via surface - in the waters of Southeast Asia.
  17. Place of Contract Performance:  The place/range of delivery is the Singapore or a designated anchorage in the vicinity of Singapore; and the place/ range of redelivery is Manila, Philippines, or a designated anchorage in the vicinity of Manila, Philippines.  The laydays commence/cancel 14 August 2024, and the period of performance will be 12 days.

Set-aside Status:  N/A.  The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.  All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.  MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
