Description

697DCK-24-R-00119:  Janitorial Services for FAA facilities in South Carolina:  The Columbia Air Traffic Control Tower, as well as the Tech Ops/AT Building located at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport in W. Columbia, South Carolina.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a janitorial services contract at FAA facilities located at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport in W. Columbia, South Carolina:  The Columbia Air Traffic Control Tower, as well as the Tech Ops/AT Building.

This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for a Total Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 – Janitorial Services.

Performance Begins 04/01/2023 for a base year plus four (4) option years.


THIS IS A VERY TIGHT TIMELINE. PERFORMANCE MUST BEGIN 04/01/2023. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A PROPOSAL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE STAFF TO ACCOMMODATE AND CANNOT MEET THE START DATE.

Site Visits: A site visit for all facilities is scheduled for the dates/locations below. To attend the site visit, advance notice must be made by sending an email with the name of your company and the name of each person attending the site visit. Site Visit attendees must have valid government I.D. to visit site. Must register to attend no later than Friday, January 26, 2024 by 3:00 PM Eastern to Matina Jackson at Matina.L.Jackson@faa.gov, SUBJECT LINE:  Site Visit Request for 697DCK-24-R-00119.  An email with instructions regarding the site visit will be provided upon your request.
