January 26, 2023 Original Draft RFP Posting

NASA/GRC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Space Flight Systems Development and Operations Contract III (SpaceDOC III)

This acquisition is a total small business set-aside.

The NAICS Code is 541715 – for businesses operating in the engineering research and development sector (except for nanotechnology and biotechnology) with a standard business size of 1,000 employees.

The current planned release date for the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) is on or about March 9, 2023, with proposals being due on or about April 26, 2023.

The period of performance is anticipated to be a 36-month Base Period, a 24-month Option Period 1, a 24-month Option Period 2, and a 6-month Optional Extension.
