Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation.  THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.  This will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business procurement. The solicitation number is W912PM25Q0010 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 334290.  This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03.

Description of Requirement: The purpose of this contract is to install a cell phone booster system within the Division HQ building that will enable cell phone service for all office personnel. The system will consist of  (4G and 5G LTE) antennas for a total of eight (8).  We will require quantity four additional 4G/5G capability antennas to cover the office area. The cables will reach from the rooftop into our office space on the 9th and 10 floor of the building.

Evaluation and Award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. See solicitation provision 52.212-2.

Each offeror must submit a Price and Technical Quote via email to Shaun M. McKenna at shaun.m.mckenna@usace.army.mil, and Rosalind M. Shoemaker at Rosalind.m.shoemaker@usace.army.mil. No hard paper copies will be accepted or evaluated. The Price Quote must be received by the closing date and time set for receipt of quotes. In an effort to reduce paperwork and reduce cost, all quotes shall be submitted electronically. All submissions shall be in Adobe PDF format and shall be on 8 ½ x 11 size pages in no less than a 10 pitch or 10 font. Offerors may use compressions utility software such as WinZip or PKZip to reduce file size and facilitate transmission.

Quotes are due as specified on the solicitation document (as amended if applicable). The time & date of Quote receipt will be the timestamp the emailed quotes are received by the Government. Do not assume that electronic communication is instantaneous.
