Request for Information (RFI)

Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS), which manages and operates portions of the Savannah River Site (SRS) under a Department of Energy (DOE) prime contract, seeks information from parties capable of providing access to Applicant Tracking System software/services. The system should be capable of 1) receiving applications in an OFCCP-compliant fashion and 2) allowing for the onboarding of successful applicants once hired.

The DOE-SRS complex is located approximately 15 miles south of Aiken, South Carolina and is 310 contiguous square miles. The approximate number of employees at SRS is ~12,000. Approximately 6,500 of those employees belong to SRNS.

SRNS hires between 750 and 1,500 limited-service and full-service employees annually, all of which apply though a central Applicant Tracking System. Employee categories include interns, apprentices, non-exempt, exempt, management, and executives. The Applicant Tracking System solution should allow for candidates hired off Applicant Tracking System requisitions to be onboarded via the Supplier’s software/service. Onboarding may include but is not limited to personal information, applicable EEO identification forms, benefits enrollment, I9 and e-verification, company policy read-and-sign documents, and others.

A supplier's response to the RFI does not guarantee they will be selected to participate in the RFP.

Suppliers responding to this RFI shall include evidence of the following:

  1. Supplier Capability statement, including examples of end user experience (applicant, recruiter, hiring manager), AI integrations (job bot helper, automated resume parsing, etc.), and mobile experience
  2. Past performance relative to subject scope working with Department of Energy, Department of Defense, state, and/or federal government contractors
  3. Supplier capability statement on the ability to customize forms, requisitions, processes, etc.
  4. Supplier capability statement on data analytic capabilities that exist within the software/service
  5. Overview of technical approach to OFCCP compliance, records management, access controls, cybersecurity, and data security
  6. Overview of experience integrating vendor software/services with other HRMS platforms

E-mail response addressing Items 1 through 6 above shall be submitted by 5:00 p.m. est. on 6/26/23 to Barbara McCarty at barbara.mccarty@srs.gov.
