Description

The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center
(NIWC) Atlantic's
Intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to Mil Power for the procurement of a
battery charging cable.. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Mil Power under
the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). No other company can provide the compatible
hardware for the existing systems. The NAICS Code is 51740 and the Business Size
Standard is large.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source
believing that it can
fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce
website at NAVWAR E-Commerce
Central (navy.mil) by 1500/3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 12/13/2024.
Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Marcie Wagers at
marcia.m.wagers.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses
received by 1500/3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 12/13/2024 will be considered
by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive
procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase
order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the
Government.
