Audio Visual Configuration & Integration at Fort Buchanan, P.R.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a commercial service, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Prospective awardees must be registered in System for Award Management (SAMs) prior to invoicing.  Information on registering in SAMs may be obtained (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov.  The provisions FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors – Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. The clause FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and FAR Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. The contractor shall comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.

The applicable NAICS code is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The size standard of $16.5 in Millions of dollars. Product Service Code: N059 Installation of Equipment – Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) and subsequent order are set-aside exclusively for only those authorized Small Businesses. Quotes from other than these vendors will not be considered.

The Government intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract as a result of this solicitation. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

W912C3-23-Q-002A is issued as a RFQ to provide the Government the following services: Audio Visual configuration & Integration at 1st MSC Ramos Hall Conference room located at Soldier-Citizen Rd. Building 355 Room 405, Fort Buchanan, P.R. Enclosed is the description of the requirement as reference named "Combined Synopsis Solicitation" for your reference. Please, ensure you read the solicitation in its entirety and comply as prescribe.  Contractor shall provide a detail breakdown that validate the cost provided.  Details needs to be separated in materials, labor cost, and any equipment required that validate the qquote cost.  No Lump sums are authorized.  Failure to properly provide details breakdown of Contractor quotes may lead to unresponsive quote and may not be consider.
