Description
The purpose of Amendment 0002 to SPRDL1-20-R-0232 is to reduce the number of years from 5 (five) years to 3 (three) years and extend the closing date from 07 November 2022 at 1200 EST to 28 November 2022 1200 EST.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to SPRDL1-20-R-0232 is to add range pricing and to extend the closing date.
As a result of this amendment, the following changes are incorporated:
1) Range Pricing is added to CLINs 0011 - 0015 and 0021 - 0025 with the following quantities:
43 EA to 80 EA
81 EA to 150 EA
151 EA to 300 EA
2) The closing date is extended from 16 August 2022 at 12:00PM EST to 07 November 2022 at 12:00PM EST
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
