Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State:  Arizona

City:  Tucson

Delineated Area:

West: S Mission Rd. to S Grande Ave. to Congress St. to N Silverbell Rd. and turns into W Lambert Ln to N Portland Ave. to W Avra Valley Rd. to Interstate 10 to W Tangerine Rd.

North: W Tangerine Rd. to N Oracle Rd/Hwy 77.

East:  N Oracle Rd./Hwy 77 to W Ina Rd./E Ina Rd. to E Skyline Dr. to E Sunrise Dr. to N Kolb Rd. to N Sabino Canyon Rd. to E Tanque Rd. to N Houghton Rd. to E Valencia Rd.

South: E Valencia Rd. to S Mission Rd.

Additional Requirements:

  • Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building on one floor. 
  • Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20’ on center, etc.
  • Offered spaces on second floor and above must have at least one elevator available for use.
  • The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
