Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is offering for sale one (1) item.  Item 1 of timber is on approximately 88.5 acres at the Churchville Test Site.  Item one (1) of this sale is located at the Churchville Test Site in Harford County, Maryland.  The sale area is approximately 88.5 acres and is being managed as follows.  

HARDWOOD SAWTIMBER:  543,674 BF (1/4") International

HARDWOOD PULPWOOD:  453 Tons

The timber to be sold may be inspected by prospective purchasers on Thursday 15 August 2024 please schedule with Installation Forester, Jessica Baylor or District Forester Andrew Willey.  Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. Thursday August 29, 2024, by the Acquisition, Management, and Disposal Section, Real Estate Office, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 803 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510-1011, and then publicly opened.
