Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Indian Head, MD awarded a $344,122.00 Firm Fixed Price (FFP) single purchase contract to Flacktek Speedmixer, Inc. of 1 Golden Eye Court Landrum, SC 29356-3411. This contract is for one (1) DAC 14000-20000 VAC Twin SpeedMixer. This contract does not include options and is for a single purchase.
This was a sole source procurement to Flacktek Speedmixer, Inc. based on the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Sources or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Flacktek Speedmixer, Inc.is the only vendor who can perform this requirement without substantial delay or duplication of costs to the Government.
