Description
Amendment 02
The purpose of this amendment is to provide the government response to questions and the addition of Attachment III b. There are two new attachments 1295B22Q0034 RFI 01 and Attachment III b drawings.
Amendment 01 to add site visit information as follows:
The purpose of this amendment is to:
a. Amend B.5 Additional Quoter information to include the following, "A site visit is scheduled for 30 March 2022 at 8:00am PDT. Reference L.4 Site Visit for additional information (pages 45-46 of these Terms and Conditions).
b. Amend L.4 Site Visit in the solicitation Terms and Conditions to:
1) schedule the site visit for 30 March 2022 at 8:00am PDT (page 45).
2) Require identification of site visit attendees pre-registration with required information no later than 24 March, 2022 by 11:00am PDT (page 46).
Install new boilers and two new hot water heat exchangers for the heating and domestic hot water systems. Controls will be tied into the building’s existing Metasys BAS. The two (2) existing (Ajax model WGXED-1375) boilers and one steam boiler will be disconnected, removed, and disposed of off-site.
The estimated magnitude of this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000.
