The proposal due date is extended to 31 July 2024. 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. \ This is a sole source spares buy with General Atomics for NSN 7RH 5998 016934320. This requirement will be awarded with the terms and conditions of BOA N00383-23-G-SX01. All terms and conditions of the BOA apply and will take precedence over any conflicting terms and conditions contained in this solicitation. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. 1. SCOPE 1.1 .
