The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers located in Artesia, NM has a requirement for Training Support Services. The functional areas requiring support include Project Management, Training and Equipment issue and maintenance, recreation support for students, classroom support to include student classroom set ups, photos, educational aid support for graduation and schedules, as well as role player support for realistic training.
This requirement is set-aside as a competitive Small Business set aside. The NAICS Code is 561210 with a small business size standard of $47.0 million. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract with indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) line items.
The period of performance for this contract shall consist of one base year from date of award through December 31, 2025 plus four one year option periods. Anticipated period of performance award start date 1/1/2025.

All communication will be in writing only and should be submitted to the Contracting Officer’s via the email addresses that are provided in this notice. Please see the below date that questions/answers should be submitted by.
The government requests all questions be provided on the Draft SOW and Draft Evaluation strategy prior to the final RFP being issued. The Government has allotted an estimated 8 days for vendors to provide any remaining questions once the final solicitation is released. Therefore, any additional questions submitted regarding this solicitation after these deadlines will be responded to at the discretion of the Government.
The Government may or may not consider any suggested changes.
The below are estimated timeframes, to assist the market (the final RFP will have the dates).

Final RFP Released tentatively September 16, 2024 after draft solicitation released.
Site Visit September 23, 2024
Phase 1 Submissions Due 21 calendar days post RFP publishing.
Government evaluates Offerors Phase 1 Submissions and determines Advisory Notification designation 7 calendar days after Phase 1 due date.
Contracting Officer distributes Advisory Notification Letters 7 calendar days after Government determination.
Phase 2 Quotes/Proposal Due (slides and pricing) October 25, 2024.
Phase 2 Oral Presentation November 1 – November 3, 2024.
Government conducts Oral Presentations approximately 3 to 7 to calendar days after Phase 2 Submission due date.
