Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:
State: Charlottesville

Delineated Area:
- Northern Boundary: Rio Road W to Rio Road E to Park Street to 250 Bypass to E High Street
- Eastern Boundary: E High Street to 10th Street NE to E Water Street to 9th Street SE to Avon Street to Interstate 64
- Southern Boundary: Interstate 64 to 29 Bypass Expressway
- Western Boundary: 29 Bypass Expressway to Barracks Road to Georgetown Road to Hydraulic Road to Rio Road W

Additional Requirements:
- Contiguous space on one floor is required.
- Ten (10) onsite, reserved, secured parking spaces.
- Secured Structured Parking is defined as a partially or fully enclosed parking area that resides within a building or as a stand-alone parking structure. The garage must be access-controlled and parking spaces must be marked “Reserved.”
- Secured Surface Parking: Secure outside surface parking may be considered. The parking must be able to be access-controlled and, at a minimum, a fence may be required.
- Offered buildings/properties are subject to a risk/vulnerability assessment. The outcome of the assessment may result in the building not being considered.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year”] floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).).
