Description
The purpose of this project is to design and install a secondary wet well lift station to support an existing wet well in another building in case of overflow so a secondary system can pull stress away from the primary system. This system will specifically be used to support the main sewage system and wet well LS-11A.
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the anticipated price is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code is 236220, with a size standard of $45M. The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
Update:
Two specification documents have been attached that were omitted.
All avaliable As-Built documents that the Government is in possession of have been included. They are only avaliable in pdf or tif file formats. There are no other As-builts that the Government is aware of at this time. Questions will still be due May 12, 2023 at the time provided in the solicitation document.
Amendment:

Amendment 2:
This amendment is to extend the solicitation by 2 weeks due to time frame for questions getting answered by CE. This will give time for responses and allow for a second site visit to occur on June 13th, 2023 at 1000 hrs. This will be occuring at the Lift Station for those interested. Update 2:
The second site visit has been postponed until after SOW changes are made as a result of questions previously submitted. An update will be posted when a new date is decided upon and a SOW with updates is added to the solicitation. If you have any questions please contact SSgt Kouba.
Amendment 3:
The purpose of this Amendment is to include the following: 1- An updated copy of the Statement of work which reflects some significant changes to the scope of work, in which all are highlighted in Red. 2- Three additional Eielson Air Base guidelines for Environmental Restoration. 3- Electrical Utilities Map 4- Sewer Utilities Map 5- Water Utilities Map 6- Extension of the due date from being on June 28, 2023 to be on 5 July 2023 at 1400 Alaska Standard time. 7- Additional Site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, June 21, at 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM Alaska Standard Time.
