Amendment 0004:

This amendment is being issued as an update to notify all interested parties the anticpated solicitation issuance dates are on or about May or June 2022.  The RFP will be posted on the SAM Contract Opportunities website at: https://sam.gov/content/home/. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for release of any updated information about the solicitation.

This Amendment is being issued to notify all interested vendors the RFP/Solicitation will be issued on or about 01 February 2022 with a closing date for receipt of proposal on or about 01 April 2022, 2:00 P.M. It is the potential offeror’s responsibility to monitor this site for release of any updated information about the solicitation.

This amendment is being issued to notify all interested vendors that this requirement will be fulfilled via an 8(a) competitive set-aside. Amendment 0001:
This amendment is being issued to invite potential offerors to review and comment on our draft CLIN schedule of prices and draft PWS. Please see attachments.

Specifically we hope you will give us feedback on how easy is it to develop prices using this CLIN structure including how much confidence you can have in the accuracy of prices.  Any feedback you provide is welcomed.
