Description

Amendment 1 for Project 612-912 36C77624R0135 Question 1: Number of Projects: How many projects are we permitted to showcase? Response: Please refer to the Selection Criteria and Submission Requirements sections of the Pre-Solicitation Notice for requirements. Number of projects is not specified. Question 2: Construction Value: The requirement specifies a minimum construction value of $10M. However, as an SDVOSB, most of our awarded projects fall under this amount. Given that this requirement has only recently been introduced, will projects below $10M still be considered if they meet other criteria? Response: Please refer to the Selection Criteria for the requirements and submit accordingly. Question 3: Project Completion: For large and complex projects, is it acceptable if the project is completed at least 75% of the construction phase? Response: Please refer to the Selection Criteria for the requirements and submit accordingly. Question 4: For projects in Section F would construction administration/PCAS services (within the last 5 years) be counted as Professional services Completion Date field? Response: Yes, all construction administration services within the last 5 years will be counted as professional services. Question 5: For projects in Section F is the Government looking for Professional Services completion date within the last 5 years or Construction completion date within the last 5 years? Response: Government is looking for Construction completion date within the last 5 years in which A-E firm provided construction period services.
